Promotional Period : 5 July 2022 till 4 September 2022

Redemption Period :  5 August 2022 till 4 November 2022

1. Please ensure to key in the information as accurately as possible following the Order Invoice details. Any error resulting to inaccurate details will be subjected to delays/rejection of redemption
2. Names and Delivery address that are not the same as the Order Invoice will be rejected. The online redemption has to follow the same address and name in the invoice
3. Please ensure to upload the scanned Tax Invoice and picture of the product serial number (jpeg or pdf). Should there be missing files will subjected to delays/rejection of redemption
4. Qualified tax invoices should show the Participating Reseller Company Name, Business Number, Sale Purchase Date and Price, List of Eligible Sharp Sold and Invoice Number
5. Hand written tax invoice and Delivery Orders will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Any claim form submitted without the required proof of purchase documentation will be rejected
6. All Entries must be received by 4PM SGT 4th November 2022
7. For redemption claims been received and verified with correct details and supporting documents, please allow up to  31 days for receipt of the gift.
8. Any correspondence on the redemption will be via email ( [email protected]). Any other form of communication (via phone call, fax, visits) will not be entertained
9. Exchange of gifts with other gifts/cash/token is not allowed.
10. Free gifts do not have any warranty period tagged
11. Entries will be deemed invalid if the same invoice is used on more than one redemption number
12. Sharp does not accept any responsibility for misleading or incorrect information provided by a reseller regarding this Promotion
13. Sharp shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for a personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
14. All claims become the property of the Sharp. Sharp collects your personal details in order to conduct this Promotion, and may pass that information to its related bodies corporate and agencies assisting with the promotion, which may be outside Singapore. If the information requested is not provided, you may not participate in this Promotion. The Promoter will use the information contained in the entry form to contact you if it has any queries regarding claims, and to send prizes. If you give your consent Sharp may contact you from time to time with information about special offers and products and services that may interest you, but you may unsubscribe later if you no longer wish to receive further marketing information.
15. The redemption date is final and there is no further extension
16. Sharp Electronics reserves the rights to disqualify for tampering with the entry process or who does not meet the eligibility enquirements or any incomplete/inaccurate information or not complying to the terms & conditions
17. Sharp’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions. No correspondence will be entered into after 6 weeks of closing date of this Promotion
